Data deletion
Last updated
You can disconnect a channel in Core or contact us to request deletion of personal information. These are separate actions.
Disconnect a channel
- Sign in to Orvion Core and select the relevant organisation.
- Open Settings → Channels.
- As an organisation owner or administrator, open the connected account's details and choose Disconnect.
This clears the credentials stored for that organisation's connection. Account metadata and activity history remain unless separately removed under the applicable data policy. Other organisations' Core connections are handled separately.
To revoke the provider's own grant, use the connected provider's app or integration settings and remove Orvion Core. That can affect other connections using the same provider grant.
Request deletion of information
Email our privacy contact with the subject Personal data deletion request. Tell us the email address associated with the information, the relevant organisation or channel, and what you want removed.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys or identity documents in the first message. We will ask for proportionate verification if needed, explain the next step and respond within the time required by applicable law.
If your information belongs to a customer's business records, contact that organisation first. We assist the organisation under its service arrangements and can help direct your request.
What happens to copies and other records
Removing a Core connection does not delete social posts, Pages, newsletters, Webflow content or records held by the external provider. Use that provider's controls for those records.
Core records, internal email copies, backups and security evidence can have different handling requirements. If information must be retained for a legal requirement or other applicable exception, we will explain what is retained and why. A deletion request is not a promise of immediate removal from every system.
Read our privacy policy for the information we handle, retention criteria and your rights.
